Kinara® al Tartufo is a matured cheese made from 100% Piedmontese milk and summer black truffle. Available in 1 kg bags of flakes, it is ideal for enhancing pizzas, pasta dishes, salads, carpaccio and fillings, adding a unique aromatic note to a wide range of culinary preparations. Produced using vegetable rennet, it is suitable for vegetarians.
